A finger-controlled device for controlling a electronic device to switch operation mode. The finger-controlled device includes a mouse body, a roller unit, a sensor unit and a controlling unit. The mouse body includes a first fixing element disposed a palm and a second fixing element disposed a finger for fixing the roller unit. The sensor unit includes a first sensor element disposed a first knuckle of the finger and a second sensor element disposed a second knuckle of the finger. Two sensor elements can be controlled whether they are sensed or not for the finger's activity. When the first sensor element and the second sensor element are sensed each other, the controlling unit can control the electronic device to operate a first mode. When the first sensor element and the second sensor element are not sensed each other, the controlling unit can control the electronic device to operate a second mode and the controlling unit also controls the electronic device operate related action according to the roller unit's rolling.
