A cooling system for marine engine can be disposed to the marine power device, and the marine power device has a power source connected with a heat exchanger. The cooling system has a circulation pipe, and the circulation pipe has a heat absorption part and a heat dissipation part. The heat absorption part is installed on the heat exchanger, and the heat dissipation part is installed on the outer surface of the marine power device. Accordingly, it is not only capable of effectively conducting the waste heat dissipated from the power device out to prevent the marine power device from stopping running due to overheating, but also can achieve the effect of preventing the cooling system from being intruded by foreign matters since the circulation pipe is a closed loop and independently installed at an outside of the marine power device.
