The present invention relates to a laminated material and its manufacturing method. The laminated material comprises a main layer, a surface layer, and an adhesion layer. The main layer contains at least a first polymeric resin. The surface layer is located on the main layer. The surface layer material is a second polymeric resin, and the solid content of second polymeric resin is less than that of the first polymeric resin. The adhesion layer is located below the main layer. The adhesion layer material is thermoplastic resin which owns the adhesive property upon heating. This allows the laminated material to be made by directly adhering to another element, which achieves benefits of simplification and cost reduction.
