본 고안은 과수 높이 및 과수원 넓이에 따라, 일정간격으로 다수개의지지대를 설치하고, 상기 지지대의 상하부에 철선을 형성하고 중앙지지대에는 일정간격으로 다수개의 통공이 형성된 중앙연결부를 설치한 후에, 상기 중앙지지대의 통공에 구슬이 형성된 낚시줄을 삽입시켜 좌우측면 지지대의 상부철선과, 하부철선으로 일정간격(잦게 출몰하는 새의 날개크기에 따라 조정)을 두어 낚시줄을 연결시켜 망형태로 지붕 및 벽체를 형성하여 과수에 접근하지 못하도록 하는 조류접근 방지장치인 것이다.
