본 고안은 내통과 외통으로 구성되는 진공 보온용기를 제작함에 있어서, 상기 외통과 내통 사이의 진공부를 액체의 압력을 이용하여 변형이나 불량의 발생없이 신속하고 양호하게 형성할 수 있도록 한 진공 보온용기의 외통 성형장치에 관한 것이다.
「구성」
본 고안은 내,외통의 사이에 진공부가 형성되는 진공 보온용기의 외통을 성형 제조함에 있어서, 본체 (1)의 일방에 하부 금형틀 (2)을 설치하고 이의 직상부에는 상, 하 리미트 스위치(5)(501)에 의하여 승강이 제어되는 승강실린더(3)를 설치하며 이 승강실린더(3)의 하단에 상부 금형틀(4)을 설치하고 이 금형틀(4)의 내부는 상기 승강실린더(3)의 유체 공급부와 내통되도록 하며 이의 일측 상부에는 공기와 유압실린더(7)(8)로 구성된 증폭부(6)를 설치하여 상기 승강실린더(3)와 첵크밸브(9)로 연결되도록 하며 상기 본체(1)의 하방에는 펌프(10)를 설치하고 이의 일방에 액체 공급실린더(11)와 압력 조절밸브(12)를 설치하며 상기 액체 공급실린더(11)에는 액체 공급부(13)를 연결 설치하고 상기 본체(1)의 중앙에는 연결구(14)를 설치하여 상기 승강실린더(3)와 펌프(10), 액체 공급실린더(11)가 각각 연결되도록 구성된 것이다.
