The methods and the apparatuses providing the feedback by UE are provided. A method includes the first gathering of the CSI-RS, and the process, of receiving the second gathering of the CSI-RS and the process, of calculating CQI using the channel matrix presumed based on the second gathering of the received power of the first gathering of the CSI-RS and CSI-RS and the process of transmitting the feedback based on the above-mentioned calculated CQI. A method includes the process, of measuring signals received in multiple CSI-RS port the process of calculating selected CQI values about the application of the precoding matrixes about the combination of CSI-RS ports and SPN, SPI, and PMI, and the process of transmitting the feedback indicating at least one among the process of choosing RI producing the highest CQI among the above-mentioned calculated CQI values and SPI, the highest CQI value, and PMI and SPN or RI.
