The peptide having from 4 to 6 amino acid residues to retain the biological activity is disclosed. The peptide is composed of short peptide fragments of HB-107 (MPKEKVFLKIEKMGRNIRN), this is its own pin fragment of B antibacterial protein as Gocek shows a cell stimulation and migration properties. Peptide of the invention comprises a position 11, 16 and four to six contiguous amino acid residues located between the HB107 (MPKEKVFLKIEKMGRNIRN), i.e. EKMGRN. The disclosed peptide is, for skin damage, for example, a medicament useful in the veterinary treatment of diabetic ulcers. The peptide is also effective to prevent the surface of the skin damage resulting from a variety of environmental damage and reverse. Importantly, the therapeutic effect of the peptide appears at higher concentrations than the same or this peptide and HB-107, thus less expensive to develop effective treatments, further indicates that the flexible means. Production method and use of this peptide is also disclosed.
