The thrombolytic treatment apparatus includes a filter portion from the support wire, the support frame main body portion is disposed about the axis formed by the wire, a first end and a group of one or more straps having a second end, respectively, and the main frame portion. Each group of one or more straps are attached to the main frame portion at the first end, it is attached to the collar engaging the second end of each strap exchanger of the group of the plurality of straps to the support wire at the second end. When the collar is substantially located within the interior region of the main frame part, the rotation of the support wire thereby causing pivotal movement of the group of one or more straps.
