An example is described of a jet control device. A jet control device may include a biasing member configured to interrupt the jet, or a high-speed collision jet that emerges from the jet forming position. Interaction of the jet and the jet member is deflected, and the high-speed jet to be distributed into a plurality of jets having a plurality of flow direction, the plurality of flow directions may be the initial direction of the high-speed jet sideways.
