摘要:
According to the present invention, microbes which live in Perinereis aibuhitensis in coastal mud flats have been grown in a MA culture medium, thus leading to the appearance of colonies, wherein the Perinereis aibuhitensis is known to have excellent degradability of organic matter. Thirty-one colonies have been separately selected according to the colors and shapes of the colonies which have appeared in the MA culture medium. Strains belonging to Bacillus genus have been isolated as a result of identification on the basis of 16S rRNA sequences after a pure culture process of the 31 colonies. Two Bacillus strains, CBW4 and EBW4, isolated from the Perinereis aibuhitensis have excellent degradabilities of protein, carbohydrate and lipid, and have resistance to salt. Accordingly, the CBW4 and EBW4 can be practically used to purify the water environment of a biofloc culture system contaminated with organic matter.

根据本发明,在沿海泥浆平面上生活在围Per中的微生物已经在MA培养基中生长,从而导致菌落的出现,其中已知百日蓟马具有优异的有机物的降解性。 根据出现在MA培养基中的菌落的颜色和形状分别选择了三十一个菌落。 在31个菌落的纯培养过程之后,基于16S rRNA序列的鉴定结果已经分离了属于芽孢杆菌属的菌株。 从百日蔷薇中分离出的两种芽孢杆菌属菌株CBW4和EBW4具有优异的蛋白质,碳水化合物和脂质的降解性,具有耐盐性。 因此,CBW4和EBW4可以实际应用于净化有机物污染的生物絮凝培养体系的水环境。
