    • The present invention separates a 11 strain which is included in a bacillus as a result of identifying based on a 16S rRNA sequence by separately selecting and purely culturing 31 colonies which are selected according to the color and shape of a colony which appears by growing a microorganism, which lives in a perinereis aibuhitensis which is known to have an excellent organism decomposition in a coastal mud flat, in an MA medium. The present invention can be used to purify a mud flat environment which is contaminated with organic matters since seven species of bacillus spp. including bacills algicola, bacills anthrasis, bacills aquimaris, bacills barbaricus, bacills hwajinpoensis, bacills nanhiensis, and bacills vietnamensis live in a perinereis aibuhitensis as a research result of analyzing the diversity of 11 strains which are included in a Bacillus genus and two species of strains which are selected by a separation from the perinereis aibuhitensis have an excellent function for decomposing a protein, a carbohydrate, and a lipid and have a tolerance to salt.

    • The present invention isolates a microorganism with a bacterial name of EDB 2 in a coastal mud flat via enrichment and analyzes the characteristics of the microorganism that has excellent capacity for decomposing edosulfan and organic matters. As a result of the analysis of the physiobiochemical and genetic characteristics of the EDB2 bacterium, the EDB2 bacterium is 99% similar to Rhodococcus pyridinivorans. The EDB2 bacterium is aerobic, Gram-positive, bar-shaped and pink. The growth temperature range of the EDB2 bacterium is relatively wide as growability temperature ranges from 20 to 45°C and optimal temperature ranges from approximately 20 to 42°C. The EDB2 bacterium has strong possibility of being applied to purify lipid-polluted environment as the EDB2 bacterium does not have hydrolytic capacity for casein and cellulose but has decomposing capacity for DNA, agar, starch and tween, thus having excellent lipid-decomposing capacity. The EDB2 bacterium is acetoin-, urease-, α-glucosidase-, β-glucosidase-, mannitol-, malate-, alkalinephosphate-, esterase lipase-, leucine arylamidase-, trypsin-, acid phosphate-, esculin-, and sorbitol-positive.

    • According to the present invention, microbes which live in Perinereis aibuhitensis in coastal mud flats have been grown in an MA culture medium and colonies have appeared, wherein the Perinereis aibuhitensis is known to have excellent degradability of organic matter. Thirty-one colonies have been separately selected according to the colors and shapes of the colonies which have appeared in the MA culture medium. Strains belonging to Bacillus genus have been isolated as a result of identification on the basis of 16S rRNA sequences after a pure culture process of the 31 colonies. Bacillus strains EBW4 and CBW4 isolated from the Perinereis aibuhitensis have excellent degradabilities of protein, carbohydrate and lipid and have resistance to salt. Accordingly, the EBW4 and CBW4 can be practically used to purify the wastewater environment of a farm contaminated with organic matter.
