The present invention relates to golf eyeglasses including a lens with a printed color focus. The golf eyeglasses according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an eyeglass frame (101) accommodating a left eye lens and a right eye lens; and eyeglass legs (102) configured to be fitted on the ears of a user to enable the user to wear the eyeglasses. A color focus eyeglass lens (110) with a printed color focus (111), which is to be used as a reference point of a golf swing to prevent the swing errors of a golfer, is integrated to either of the left eye lens unit or the right eye lens unit in the eyeglass frame (101). The color focus eyeglass lens (110) is integrated to the left eye lens when the golfer using the eyeglasses is right-handed and integrated to the right eye lens when the golfer using the eyeglasses is left-handed.
