Provided is a method to manufacture polysilsesquioxane in a carbon dioxide solvent by controlling the temperature and pressure in a reactor during the process, utilizing the fact that the solubilities of the reactants and products vary when manufacturing the polysilsesquioxane (PSSQ) in accordance to the phase transition into a liquid or a supercritical phase; i.e., the temperature and pressure of the carbon dioxide, which is an environmentally friendly and pollution-free solvent. The method mentioned above enables unreacted material to easily be removed and polysilsesquioxane (PSSQ) to be obtained at high purity and at high yields.

提供了一种在二氧化碳溶剂中通过控制反应器中的温度和压力在二氧化碳溶剂中制备聚倍半硅氧烷的方法,利用当根据相变制造聚倍半硅氧烷(PSSQ)时反应物和产物的溶解度变化的事实 成为液体或超临界阶段; 即二氧化碳的温度和压力,这是一种环保无污染的溶剂。 上述方法能够使未反应的材料容易地除去,并且以高纯度和高收率获得聚倍半硅氧烷(PSSQ)。
