The present invention relates to an alcoholic beverage prepared using pure water containing gold particles and a method for preparing the same, and more specifically, to an alcoholic beverage prepared using pure water containing gold particles and a method for preparing the same, whereby soju production water prepared by adding nano-sized gold particles to pure water is used to prepare distilled soju, thereby preventing the change in alcohol purity of the alcoholic beverage. The method for preparing an alcoholic beverage prepared using pure water containing gold particles comprises: a first step of adding gold particles to pure water to make soju production water; a second step of mixing ethanol (95%) with the soju production water added with gold particles, to prepare an ethanol mixture; and a third step of adjusting the alcohol concentration in the ethanol mixture. Here, the technical feature of the present invention is that the ethanol is prepared into the soju production water added with gold particles.
