摘要：
The present invention relates to a food container with improved oxygen barrier properties and a manufacturing method thereof. The food container with improved oxygen barrier properties comprises a plastic container; a thin buffer film formed on the surface of the container and having a thickness of 5-30 nm; and a thin oxygen blocking film formed on the thin buffer film. The present invention can highly increase oxygen barrier properties by depositing the thin oxygen blocking film on the porous plastic container having low surface energy through a plasma method without breaking.

本发明涉及具有改善的氧气阻隔性能的食品容器及其制造方法。 具有改善的阻氧性能的食品容器包括塑料容器; 形成在容器表面上并具有5-30nm厚度的薄缓冲膜; 以及形成在薄缓冲膜上的薄氧阻挡膜。 本发明可以通过等离子体方法将薄氧阻挡膜沉积在具有低表面能的多孔塑料容器上而不断裂地高度提高氧气阻隔性能。
