The present invention relates to a faucet for an easy piping work and a piping method using the same, wherein the faucet for feeding and draining water comprises: a body (100) having a certain space (110) therein, and having multiple fastening units (120); and connection pipes (140) installed in the space (110), and connecting pipes feeding hot water and cold water to pipes discharging the hot water and the cold water, wherein the connection pipes (140) have margin lengths, and have ends able to be drawn to the outside through the fastening units (120). According to the present invention, the lengths of the connection pipes are adjusted while the connection pipes are pulled to the outside of the body and the pipes feeding and discharging the hot water or the cold water are connected to the connection pipes so that the piping work can be easily performed; the faucet can be repaired while the connection points of the connection pipes are exposed by pulling the ends of the connection pipes when the water is leaked from the connection points of the connection pipes; and the maintenance of the faucet can be easily performed by reusing the connection pipes after cutting the ends of the connection pipes as necessary.
