The present invention relates to a toilet assist device used for a toilet and includes a frame unit, an upper support unit, and a toilet seat unit. The frame unit is closely located to the toilet, and the upper support unit moves on the frame unit in a first direction and supports the upper part of a user sitting on the toilet. The toilet seat unit is fixed to the lower part of the frame unit and absorbs the impact of the user by being fixed to a seat unit of the toilet.
