The purpose of the present invention is to provide an LED indirect lighting module, an indirect lighting device, and a manufacturing method thereof which manufactures an LED lamp at low costs while minimizing the glaring of the LED lamp and designing various types of lighting devices. To achieve the purpose, the present invention comprises a substrate of a light transmitting material; a conductive layer formed on the substrate; and an LED chip mounted on the conductive layer. A circuit pattern unit in which the conductive layer is not eliminated is formed on the substrate. A light transmitting layer in which the substrate is exposed by eliminating the conductive layer is formed on the substrate. An LED indirect lighting device of the present invention passes light emitted from the LED chip through a reflection unit and a light transmitting substrate, thereby minimizing the loss of light energy. The LED indirect lighting device has the same brightness as when using a diffusion plate in the prior art. In the present invention, the light emitted from the LED chip is firstly reflected on the reflection unit, and then the light secondly passes through the substrate of the light transmitting material. Therefore, the glaring is prevented because the scattering of the light is bifariously executed and smooth lights are emitted.

本发明的目的是提供一种LED间接照明模块,间接照明装置及其制造方法,其以低成本制造LED灯,同时最小化LED灯的眩光并设计各种类型的照明装置。 为了实现该目的,本发明包括一种透光材料的基片; 形成在所述基板上的导电层; 以及安装在导电层上的LED芯片。 在基板上形成导电层未被除去的电路图形单元。 在基板上形成通过去除导电层而露出基板的透光层。 本发明的LED间接照明装置将通过反射单元和透光基板从LED芯片发出的光透过,从而使光能的损失最小化。 LED间接照明装置与现有技术中使用扩散板时的亮度相同。 在本发明中,从LED芯片发出的光首先在反射单元上反射,然后再次通过透光材料的基板。 因此,由于光的散射被双重地执行并且发出光滑的光线,所以防止了眩光。
