The present invention provides the U-turn arch and the traffic control system using the same to improve efficiency in controlling a traffic density by installing the U-turn arch on one lane of an intersection with heavier traffic than the other lane for easing traffic congestion in the intersection; executing a new type of a traffic control system for inducing vehicles to continuously run straight in both directions using a non-stop U-turn method without interruption and waiting for signals.
