The invention proposed is directed to a rotary engine consisting of a hollow stator having a strain opposite to the inner surface. It also has a cylindrical rotor having some surface deformation portion. At least two zones are formed by a section, a series of modifications. These areas are expansion / exhaust and a suction / compression chamber. In addition, the rotor has two grooves in both the above-mentioned areas. One pallet is provided for each groove. The pallet is slid by a pair of rolling along the other curved groove in the milling head of the engine bearing. It is actually developed an engine, which is caused expansion of the various number of times per revolution in order to form a counter-potential energy in each cycle. As a result, the piston of the motor efficiency is improved alternative than that obtained by the known Wankel rotary engine (Wankel rotary engine).
