A blade maintenance platform for a wind turbine is disclosed. The blade maintenance platform for a wind turbine according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a frame which ascends and descends along a blade; an ascending and descending unit which makes the frame ascend and descend by using a cable; multiple variable wheels which are installed in the frame and are able to grip the outside of the blade while changing a diameter; and multiple operating units which are installed in the frame and change the diameter of the variable wheels corresponding to the change of the cross section area of the blade depending on the ascending and descending of the frame.
