摘要：
A tunable laser device includes a laser ray source, a collimate lens, a diffraction grating and a mirror. The laser ray source outputs a laser ray. The collimate lens converges the laser ray outputted by the laser source, and outputs a parallel ray. The diffraction grating diffracts the rays incident from the collimate lens. The mirror reflects the rays, incident from the diffraction grating, to the diffraction grating, and includes another mirror having a rotary axis rotatable within a preset range of tuning angles and rotating with respect to the rotary axis which is set as a pivot point such that the wavelength of the laser ray varies according to mode hopping. Therefore, the present invention improves the tuning speed and the tuning stability.
