摘要：
Provided is a harness assembly for a safety seat for a child which is changeable between an engaged state and a separated state. The harness assembly can include a plurality of shoulder-straps having a buckle tap. The harness assembly can further include a buckle assembly having a buckle for accommodating a buckle tap to fix a shoulder-strap in an engaged state. Moreover, the buckle assembly can include a buckle pad. At least a part of the buckle pad is in parallel with and is adjacent to a buckle. A buckle band can be extended from the buckle to attach the buckle to a safety seat for a child. A deflection member can be combined with the buckle pad to deflect the buckle assembly from a seat occupant in a first remote location in a separated state. A corresponding safety seat for a child is provided.
