PURPOSE: A piston assembling jig and a piston assembling device having the same are provided to prevent damage to a piston head and a sealing member and accurately and stably insert a piston into a bore of an engine block. CONSTITUTION: A piston assembling jig (5) comprises a support member (10), a jig body (20), and elastic members (30). The support member is arranged on an engine block. The jig body is coupled to the support member to be vertically movable and has a piston penetrating hole. An insertion guide protrusion (23) corresponding to the chamfer of a piston is formed on the end edge of the piston penetrating hole. The elastic members support the jig body to the support member to be elastically movable.
