摘要:
PURPOSE: A device for amplifying a laser beam is provided to use a transmitting optical member, thereby being simply configured and reducing the quantity of used elements. CONSTITUTION: A device (21) for amplifying a laser beam comprises at least one amplification chamber (22), at least one transmitting optical member (23), and a detection unit (24). The amplification chamber contains a laser-active material in the inside. The transmitting optical member determines the boundary of the amplification chamber and is arranged at a tilt angle with a respect to a plane which is aligned to be perpendicular to the optical axis (26) of a laser beam (10). The detection unit is arranged to detect a laser beam (27) back reflected at the transmitting optical member.
