PURPOSE: Ceramic powder and a multilayer ceramic condenser are provided to improve the lifetime of the multilayer ceramic condenser by using the ceramic powder with barium titanate as a main element. CONSTITUTION: A laminate (11) has a multilayer structure of high density. The thickness of a dielectric layer (12) is 1um or less. The dielectric layer is formed on two sheets of internal electrode layers (13). A cover layer (15) is formed on the outermost part of the laminate and prevents the degradation of the dielectric layer and the internal electrode layer.
