PURPOSE: An anti-scour block for a river bed is provided to maintain the ecosystem of a river by providing habitats for various water plants, fishes, and birds without being washed and broken away. CONSTITUTION: An anti-scour block (100) for a river bed is formed with a passage part with an opened lateral side on the bottom part and an opened through-groove (130) connected to the passage part on the flat part (110). A plurality of passage parts is alternated with each other. The surface of the anti-scour block is formed with a plurality of protrusion parts (120). A lateral side part (140) is formed with a guide groove. The guide groove is inserted with a joint part. The joint part is fixed with a spring.
