PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device with improved efficiency and an organic light emitting display device including the same are provided to improve luminous efficiency due to brightness by suppressing red and green light emissions in a black state. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode (130) faces a second electrode (190). A phosphorescent light emitting layer (160) is interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The phosphorescent light emitting layer includes host and dopant materials. An electron transport layer (173) is interposed between the phosphorescent light emitting layer and the second electrode. An electron control layer (171) is interposed between the phosphorescent light emitting layer and the electron transport layer.
