PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a dry biocellulose is provided to prevent the pollution of the dry cellulose caused by microorganism during a transfer and production process and to exclude the use of a separate sterilization system. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a dry biocellulose comprises a step of preparing biocellulose; a step of soaking the biocellulose into a glycol-based compound-containing solution; and a step of drying the biocellulose. The glycol-based compound is at least one compound selected from 2,3-butylene glycol, glycerol, and propylene glycol. The biocellulose is soaked into the glycol-based compound-containing solution for 1 minute to 24 hours.
