PURPOSE: A reflective display device is provided to reduce voltage difference between the source and drain of a thin-film transistor (TFT), thereby preventing deterioration of an element oxide film. CONSTITUTION: A pixel array is composed of multiple pixels. A data driver (130) is connected to each of the multiple pixels and delivers a target voltage to each pixel. A scan driver (150) is connected to each of the multiple pixels and delivers a switching signal, determining whether the data driver delivers the target voltage, to a part of the multiple pixels. Each pixel receives the target voltage in a first time section if the target voltage delivered to each pixel is between a first voltage level and a second voltage level, and receives the target voltage in a second time section if the target voltage is between the second voltage level and a third voltage level.
