PURPOSE: Casting water, a manufacturing method thereof, and a manufacturing method of alcoholic beverage are provided to minimize sodium consumption during alcoholic beverage intake by including a small amount of sodium ion and to enhance sensuality. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method f casting water in which sodium ion is reduced comprises the following steps: preparing raw water; filtering the prepared raw water; and passing filtrate through an ion exchange resin tower in which strong acid cation resin and strong basic anion exchange resin are mixed with a volume ratio of 6:4 - 5.5 : 4.5 to make pH as 5.5 - 6.5.
