摘要：
PURPOSE: A diphenylpropenone compound is provided to inhibit activity of NF-kB(nuclear factorkappa B) activating agent of microglia cell. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a diphenylpropenone compound comprises a step of dissolving 2-hydroxy-5-methoxy-1acetophenone and 3,5-dimethoxybenzaldehyde into an ethanol; a step of adding KOH aqueous solution to the solution mixture; a step of stirring and cooling the solution mixture; a step of neutralizing the cooled mixture solution and extracting the solution mixture by dichloromethane; a step of removing water by adding magnesium to the extracted organic solvent; and a step of vacuum filtering, drying, and purifying the result.

目的：提供二苯基丙酮酮化合物，以抑制小胶质细胞NF-kB（核因子B）活化剂的活性。 构成：二苯基丙酮化合物的制造方法包括将2-羟基-5-甲氧基-1苯乙酮和3,5-二甲氧基苯甲醛溶解在乙醇中的工序; 向溶液中加入KOH水溶液的步骤; 搅拌和冷却溶液混合物的步骤; 中和冷却的混合溶液并用二氯甲烷萃取溶液混合物的步骤; 通过向提取的有机溶剂中加入镁来除去水的步骤; 和真空过滤，干燥和净化结果的步骤。
