摘要:
PURPOSE: A nano silver wire manufacturing method using ionic liquid is provided to uniformly manufacture a nano silver wire of which diameter is less than 100 nanometers and length is over 10 micron in liquid. CONSTITUTION: A nano silver wire manufacturing method using ionic liquid manufactures a nano silver wire by causing reduction reaction of mixture including a silver halide precursor, a reducing solvent, and a capping reagent with polyol. The reduction reaction is caused at the mixture with the ionic liquid as additive. The ionic liquid is a compound which is comprised of organic cation included imidazolium group and organic or inorganic anion and is shown as a monomer form indicated in chemical formula 1 or as a micromolecule form indicated in chmical formula 2. 1,3- Dimethyl imidazolium, 1,3- diethyl imidazolium, 1- ethyl -3- methylimidazolium, BMI, 1- hexyl -3- methylimidazolium, 1- octyl -3- methylimidazolium, 1- decyl -3- methylimidazolium, 1- dodecyl -3- methylimidazolium, and 1- tetradecyl -3- methylimidazolium is used as ionic liquid cation of a monomer form in the ionic liquid.

目的:提供使用离子液体的纳米银线制造方法,以均匀地制造直径小于100纳米且长度超过10微米的纳米银线。 构成:使用离子液体的纳米银线制造方法通过引入包含卤化银前体,还原溶剂和具有多元醇的封端剂的混合物的还原反应来制造纳米银线。 在与离子液体作为添加剂的混合物下引起还原反应。 离子液体是由有机阳离子包括咪唑鎓基团和有机或无机阴离子组成的化合物,并且显示为化学式1所示的单体形式或作为式2所示的小分子形式。1,3-二甲基咪唑鎓, 1,3-二乙基咪唑鎓,1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑鎓,BMI,1-己基-3-甲基咪唑鎓,1-辛基-3-甲基咪唑鎓,1-癸基-3-甲基咪唑鎓,1-十二烷基-3-甲基咪唑鎓和 1-十四烷基-3-甲基咪唑鎓用作离子液体中单体形式的离子液体阳离子。
