PURPOSE: A laptop cooling pad is provided to offer various functions by providing data communication between a laptop and an USB(Universal Storage Bus) communication device. CONSTITUTION: A data and power control unit(200) transmits and receives data between a laptop and a communication device connected to an USB port and a smart phone by distributing power to the communication device through an adaptor(205) and a laptop connecting port(210). A switch unit(300) includes an on or off button(310) and a cooling fan speed control button(320). When the on or off button is pushed, the switch unit provides operating data to the cooling fan for reducing the rotation speed of the cooling fan by receiving power from the data and power control unit.
