PURPOSE: A lower bar for a heat insulation fireproof shutter is provided to prevent the transfer of heat due to a fire. CONSTITUTION: A lower bar for a heat insulation fireproof shutter comprises a main frame(110), an intermediate frame(120), an outer frame(130), a joint unit, and an interception unit(150). The main frame is filled with heat insulation elements. The intermediate frame surrounds the main frame while maintaining a predetermined spacing from the main frame. The intermediate frame is filled with heat insulation elements. A space is formed between the heat insulation element and main frame. The outer frame surrounds the intermediate frame while maintaining a predetermined spacing from the intermediate frame. The joint unit joins the upper parts of the main frame, intermediate frame, and outer frame. The interception unit prevents heat transfer by cutting a designated part of the main frame, intermediate frame, and outer frame.
