摘要：
PURPOSE: A purifying method of polluted soil is provided to implement polluted soil purifying processes without a cooling unit and a bag filter unit by replacing a secondary oxidation process with a supercritical water treatment process. CONSTITUTION: A purifying method of polluted soil includes the following steps: soil polluted with oils or non-degradable organic materials is thermally desorbed; thermally desorbed exhaust gas is condensed; the condensed liquid is introduced into a supercritical water reactor(50); the supercritical water reactor is heated to a supercritical water condition; and pollutants contained in the condensed liquid is treated. The thermal desorbing process further includes a process which cools and discharges the purified soil. The thermal desorption process is implemented at a temperature between 200 and 700 deg C for 1 to 70 minutes. 目的：提供污染土壤净化方法，通过用超临界水处理工艺代替二次氧化工艺，无需冷却装置和袋式过滤装置，实现污染土壤净化工艺。 构成：污染土壤的净化方法包括以下步骤：用油或不可降解有机物质污染的土壤热解吸; 热解吸废气冷凝; 将冷凝的液体引入超临界水反应器（50）中; 将超临界水反应器加热至超临界水条件; 并处理冷凝液中含有的污染物。 热脱附方法还包括冷却和排出纯化土壤的方法。 热解吸过程在200-700℃的温度下进行1至70分钟。 （附图标记）（10）污染土引入部; （20）散热部分; （30）冷却部件; （40）除尘器; （50）亚临界水反应堆; （AA）亚临界处理液; （BB）净化土壤
