摘要:
PURPOSE: Porous carbon materials for a high capacitance and energy electric double layered capacitor and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to improve specific capacitance by improving the electro-active characteristic and the polarization characteristic of the materials. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of porous carbon materials for a high capacitance and energy electric double layered capacitor includes the following: a compound solution including a nitrogen containing compound or a fluorine containing compound by adding a solvent one compound selected from the nitrogen containing compound and the fluorine containing compound, and a porous carbon material is added into the compound solution; remaining compound is added into the mixture of the compound solution and the porous carbon material such that nitrogen and fluorine are introduced into the porous carbon material; and the porous characteristic of the porous carbon material is changed.

目的:提供用于高电容和能量双层电容器的多孔碳材料及其制造方法,以通过改善材料的电活性特性和极化特性来提高比电容。 构成:用于高容量和能量双电层电容器的多孔碳材料的制造方法包括:通过添加选自含氮化合物和溶剂中的一种化合物的包含含氮化合物或含氟化合物的化合物溶液 含氟化合物和多孔碳材料加入到化合物溶液中; 将剩余的化合物加入到化合物溶液和多孔碳材料的混合物中,使得氮和氟被引入到多孔碳材料中; 并且改变多孔碳材料的多孔特性。
