摘要（英）：
Since a cylindrical drum type using a vacuum drum, and unwound from the pay-off reel and processing the rewind reel winding is described an apparatus and method that allows a laser pattern formation precisely recorded on a thin film of the discrete length or flexible substrate materials, high-resolution do. Any length compensation unit on one side of the drum are provided to the drum due to the rotation of the pay-off reel and the differential and the rewind reel adjustment variation in the length of the substrate.
