PURPOSE: A DTS(Differential to single output) amplifier and a signal conversion circuit using the same are provided to stably perform a DTS operation regardless of a voltage value of a differential signal pair. CONSTITUTION: A DTS amplifier includes an amplifying unit(220) which buffers a first differential signal pair by receiving the first differential signal pair. The DTS amplifier includes a voltage drop unit(210) generating the first differential signal pair having a signal pulse width which corresponds to a drive voltage of the amplifying unit by voltage-dropping a second differential signal pair. The voltage drop unit performs a driving operation by using a first voltage. The amplifying unit performs the driving operation by using a second voltage having a lower voltage value than that of the first voltage. [Reference numerals] (210) Voltage drop unit
