摘要：
PURPOSE: A load limiter is provided to minimize the injury of passengers by limiting webbing load under a second predetermined load by using two torsion bars having different torsional load respectively. CONSTITUTION: A load limiter comprises a first torsion bar(100) and a second torsion bar(200). The first torsion bar is inserted in a hollow portion(12) formed in the center portion of a spool(10). One end of the first torsion bar is coupled with one end of the spool. One end of the second torsion bar is connected to the end portion of the first torsion bar and inserted to the hollow portion of the spool. The second torsion bar is coupled with the locking unit(20) formed in the spool. The torsional load limit of the first torsion bar is smaller than that of the second torsion bar.
