PURPOSE: A construction method of a rahmen bridge using a tendon and a connection support is provided to effectively reduce stress applied to a girder after construction by maximizing pre-stress applied to the girder. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a rahmen bridge using a tendon and a connection support is as follows. A steel girder(320) is manufactured by installing connection anchorages and connection supports(310) on a steel beam(300). Concrete abutments(170) where the steel girder is to be installed are formed. Steel walls are formed on the top ends of the abutments. Hydraulic jacks are inserted between the connection supports of the steel girder and the steel walls. Pre-loads are loaded on the hydraulic jacks. Shim plates(340) are inserted between the connection supports of the steel girder and the steel walls. Tendons(150) are inserted between the connection anchorages of the steel girder and the steel walls and are tensed. A slab(200) is formed by placing concrete on the steel girder and the steel walls.
