摘要：
PURPOSE: A bovine muscle-specific biomarker and a primer are provided to be used for genetic identification in a cow. CONSTITUTION: A bovine muscle-specific biomarker contains MYL2 gene with base of sequence number 5. A primer set for detecting the biomarker contains a primer pair having a base of sequence number 15 and a base of sequence number 16. A method for determining a shank part comprises: a step of isolating and culturing muscle stem cell from a test sample; a step of differentiating muscle cells or adipocytes; a step of isolating RNA from the stem cells, muscle cells, or adipocytes; a step of preparing cDNA using the isolated RNA; a step of performing real-time PCR; and a step of analyzing the PCR result.

目的：提供牛肌特异性生物标志物和引物，用于牛的遗传鉴定。 构成：牛肌特异性生物标志物含有具有序列号5的碱基的MYL2基因。用于检测生物标志物的引物组含有具有序列号15的碱基和序列号16的碱基的引物对。 部分包括：从测试样品中分离和培养肌肉干细胞的步骤; 分化肌肉细胞或脂肪细胞的步骤; 从干细胞，肌肉细胞或脂肪细胞中分离RNA的步骤; 使用分离的RNA制备cDNA的步骤; 执行实时PCR的步骤; 以及分析PCR结果的步骤。
