The present invention relates to polypeptides and fragments thereof or derivatives thereof having an amino acid sequence according to SEQ ID NO: 1. The present invention also relates to a fusion protein comprising the further peptide fused to said polypeptide stretch at the polypeptides and N- terminal or C- terminal. The invention also relates to vectors, and host cells comprising said nucleic acid molecule or the vector comprising the nucleic acid molecule, the nucleic acid molecule encoding the polypeptide or fusion protein. The invention also relates to a food, food processing equipment, food processing plant, a surface which is brought into contact with food, medical device, the use of said polypeptide or fusion protein for the treatment or prevention of hospital and gram-negative bacteria contamination of operating room surface. The present invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising a polypeptide or fusion protein.
