PURPOSE: A geothermal cooling and heating device is provided to prevent a shortage of circulated water by supplying the circulated water in a thermal storage tank to a first three-way valve through one of the hot water supply pipe and a cooling water supply pipe. CONSTITUTION: A geothermal cooling and heating device comprises a first three-way valve(141), a second three-way valve(140), a third three-way valve(143), a geothermal heat exchanger member(150), a geothermal sub-heat exchanger(151), a heat pump(152), and a thermal storage tank(153). A fluid supply tube(101) for geothermal heat-exchanging and a fluid return pipe(102) for the geothermal heat-exchanging connect an interval between the geothermal heat exchanger member and the geothermal sub-heat exchanger. A fluid pump(120) for the geothermal heat-exchanging is installed inside the geothermal heat exchanger member. If the fluid pump(120) for the geothermal heat-exchanging is operated, geothermal fluids, which are heat exchanged with the ground are supplied to the geothermal sub-heat exchanger through the fluid supply tube for geothermal heat-exchanging.
