PURPOSE: A tooth development promoting apparatus having an improved structure is provided to increase the hardness of plural biting tools by the order of the alphabets. CONSTITUTION: A tooth development promoting apparatus includes a handle(10), and biting tools(20, 20`). The handle includes an arch shape, and is formed by combining two handle plates. The biting tools have the shapes selected from the alphabets from A to Z for users to easily replace and combine the binding tools to the handle. The hardness of the biting tools gradually increases from A to Z.
