摘要：
PURPOSE: An automatic communication speed establishment apparatus and method thereof are provided to automatically establish a communication speed by using sampling frequency information detected from a data pattern. CONSTITUTION: When test data is received from a second communication apparatus, a sampling frequency determination unit(13) determines a sampling frequency as the highest frequency. A data detection unit(14) detects sampling data which has been converted from the test data. A pattern comparison unit(15) compares the detected sampling data with a registered data pattern. A communication speed establishment unit(16) determines the communication speed between a first and the second communication apparatus.
