摘要:
PURPOSE: A monomer composition for polymerizing branched silsesquioxane polymer is provided to separate the wanted ratio of isomers stably, and to manufacture branched silsesquioxane polymer with various shapes according to the ratio of isomers. CONSTITUTION: A monomer composition for polymerizing branched silsesquioxane polymer comprises cyclic siloxane substituted by hydroxyl group in solvent. The cyclic siloxane substituted by hydroxyl group comprises a step of controlling the ratio of steric isomers of the cis, trans, random and twist steric isomers; and a step of polymerization of the cyclic group containing the ratio-controlled cis, trans, random and twist steric isomers under the presence of a catalyst in solvent.

目的:提供用于聚合支化倍半硅氧烷聚合物的单体组合物以稳定地分离所需异构体的比例,并根据异构体的比例制造具有各种形状的支化倍半硅氧烷聚合物。 构成:用于聚合支化倍半硅氧烷聚合物的单体组合物包括在溶剂中被羟基取代的环状硅氧烷。 由羟基取代的环状硅氧烷包括控制顺式,反式,无规和扭曲立体异构体的空间异构体的比例的步骤; 以及在催化剂存在下在溶剂中含有比例控制的顺式,反式,无规和扭转立体异构体的环状基团的聚合步骤。
