PURPOSE: A monitoring and controlling system of an independent generation system is provided to enable an administrator to easily grasp the status of the generation system by remotely monitoring components of a solar or wind power generation system in real time. CONSTITUTION: A battery charging unit is charged with DC supplied from a generation system. A charging and discharging control unit(104) controls the charging and discharging of the battery charging unit. An inverter(102) converts DC into AC. A remote monitoring and controlling device(101) remotely controls the generation system. A display unit(105) displays the status of the generation system.
