PURPOSE: An intake manifold with a swirl regulating mechanism is provided to easily cope with the inner conditions of various vehicles by diversifying the installation position of an actuator. CONSTITUTION: An intake manifold with a swirl regulating mechanism comprises a plurality of cages, a plurality of flaps(12), a lever cage(20), a valve shaft(13), an actuator(18), and an operating rod(18a). The cages are individually installed on the port of each runner. The flaps are installed on some of the cages to be able to be opened and closed. The lever cage is arranged between adjacent cages and comprises a lever, which is installed to be able to pivot. The valve shaft is installed passing through the flaps, the cages, and the lever cage. The actuator is installed on the top of the manifold and comprises an operating rod, which can make linear movement.
