PURPOSE: A driving module and an electronic apparatus are provided to be used as an actuator, adjust a focal point, and reduce manufacturing costs by simplifying process management related to an adhesive. CONSTITUTION: A supporter(5) is fixed on a base substrate(8). A driven body(4) is arranged to be movable up and down in the supporter. A driving part(10) drives the driven body. An outer cover(11) is adhered on the base substrate. A protrusion piece(45) is accepted to a receiving recess part(50). The base substrate and the outer cover are attached and fixed by an adhesive charged in a first charging area and a second charging area. A side stepped part(55) is concavely formed while being connected to a side inner wall of the receiving recess part. The side stepped part is formed to have the adhesive coming out from the first charging area to flow in.
